Returns Policy

Within 30 days - Unwanted items can be returned back for a replacement or credit providing the item is in its unopened
packaging with all seals, labels, and protective packaging is in place and in a re-saleable brand new condition as supplied.

Damaged in transit - Items received damaged in transit should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery in accordance with our courier’s policies.

Up to 12 months - Faulty returned products will be processed according to the manufacturer's/suppliers warranty up to
and no longer than a 12 month period, we will process those items according to the manufacturer/supplier terms and conditions and will offer a replacement or credit depending on the outcome of the warranty claim.

Returns terms and conditions - 
The above policies do not apply to any non-stock items that were specifically ordered, in all instances please test the parts prior to fitting as all parts are tested by the manufacturer if on the rare occasion a part is defective please refer to the above procedures, we are unable to accept faulty goods where engineer error/improper installation or excessive usage of adhesives has caused damage to the product and we strongly recommend the use of ESD safety equipment/environment when carrying out repairs. We reserve the right to reject returns in the case of suspected abuse of the returns policy, including the number of faulty parts larger than 2% of the same part purchased unless acknowledged that there is a manufacturing defect and where parts returned are suspected to be supplied by another distributor.

Additional Information:

  • You must inspect the Goods on delivery or collection.
  • If you identify any damages or shortages, you must inform us in writing within 2 days of delivery, providing details.
  • Other than by agreement, we will only accept returned Goods if we are satisfied that those Goods are defective and if required, have carried out an inspection.
  • Subject to your compliance with this clause and/or our agreement, you may return the Goods and we will, as appropriate, repair, or replace, or refund the Goods or part of them.
  • We will be under no liability or further obligation in relation to the Goods if:

a. if you fail to provide notice as set above; and/or
b. you make any further use of such Goods after giving notice under the clause above relating to damages and shortages; and/or
c. the defect arises because you did not follow our oral or written instructions about the storage, commissioning, installation, use, and maintenance of the Goods; and/or
d. the defect arises from normal wear and tear of the Goods; and/or
e. the defect arises from misuse or alteration of the Goods, negligence, wilful damage, or any other act by you, your employees or agents, or any third parties.

  • You bear the risk and cost of returning the Goods.
  • Acceptance of the Goods will be deemed to be upon inspection of them by you and in any event within 2 days after delivery.
  • As a business-to-business (B2B) sale between us the seller and you the buyer you are not covered by the consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
